(September 02, 1992 to April 12, 2011 ) Resident of Exeter, California Visitation Information: Visitation will be held in the family home at 2206 East Morgan, Exeter on Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 after 3:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 20th, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Iglesia de Jesucristo Church, 250 Farmersville Blvd, Farmersville. Burial will follow in the Exeter District Cemetery. Obituary: Elias Santillan was born in Visalia to Alejandro A. and Rufina (Conde) Santillan on September 2, 2011 in Visalia CA. He attended schools in Exeter, and was working for his Diploma. He is survived by his parents of Exeter and several brothers and sisters.
