Obituary:
Helen was born in Texas on July 28, 1944 to Wilburn and Ruby (Linderman) Qualls. She moved to the Exeter area as a child. She worked in the local packing houses as a packer for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Helen is survived by two sons, Freddie Badillo and Joey Badillo; two daughters, Billie Jo McElhaney and Rose Conde; two brothers, Charles Qualls and Donald Qualls; three sisters, Edna Moye, Barbara Jones and Marella Apple. She is also survived by her Care Giver Pauline Brown and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
