Jay was born to Willie and Cornelia (Curtis) Le Beouf in Louisana on June 19, 1939. He passed away on September 25, 2009 in Porterville CA. Jay worked his entire adult life as a farmer. He is survived by his wife Frances Le Beouf of Lindsay, his son Perry Le Beouf and Daughter Jerrie Le Beouf both of Red Bluff CA.
