Obituary:
Virginia passed away on Dec. 9, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. Virginia was born in Artesia, New Mexico on May 27, 1944 to Ynes and Selia Villa. They moved to California where she attended Visalia schools where she met her husband Tony Soza. They had moved to San Jose to build their home and raise their family. In the early 1980’s she moved back to Visalia to be with her family. My mom was a caregiver and loved to help anyone in need. She loved her family and she loved the Lord. She had become a part of the Seventh day Adventist church where she was baptized a few years ago. In the beginning my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, it was a hard battle for her to fight but she gave it all she had to stay strong
for her family. She lost her battle at home resting in bed, and what gives us peace is she is with our loved ones who have already passed and she is with her Lord. My mother had a heart of gold and with no bounds. She was always there to lend a helping hand. She loved her grandchildren more than anything. She was a Mommie to my daughter Evette and just a close to all of her other ones. I would like to thank all who have been there for her during this last year, my son Sammy and Stephanie for taking care of her and to my daughter who took her in and helped her when she was in so much pain. My mom was a blessing to all who knew her and will be deeply missed. She is at peace now ad she will be my guarding angel. Forever your daughter, Irene Villa-Soza My mom is preceded in death by both parents Ynes and Selvia Villa, brothers, Tirso Villa and Johnny Villa, her sons, Tony Soza III, Daniel Soza, Jason “Sunshine Soza”, my father, Tony Soza and her husband Servando Rios. She is survived by her remaining children, Irene Villa-Soza, Michael Soza, Jesse Soza, Josh Ortega and Al Gary Villa, her sisters Margie Villa, Lupe Lopez, and her brother Al Villa. She also leaves behind 12 Grandchildren and 13 Great-grandchildren,
