In Memoriam : Norma Sanders

Norma lead a beautiful life. She was a world traveler in her healthy years. She had traveled to Australia, Europe and many other adventurous destinations "seeing the world" with her friends. Although all of those friends have passed- Norma was a well loved and loyal friend. She missed those friends and I am sure that they missed her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was very inquisitive, independent, strong, open and intelligent. She was always fun to be with even after her stroke. In her later years, she enjoyed her walks. It was very hard for her when she lost the ability to be more independent and "get out". Norma was a nurse most of her working life. She served as a nurse in the Korean War and was a proud veteran.
