(July 24, 1943 to April 14, 2015 ) Resident of Exeter, California Visitation Information: Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April, 22, 2015 at 10:00 am at Evans Miller Guinn Chapel followed by burial in the Exeter District Cemetery. Obituary: Dennis Roy Withnell was born in Missouri on July 24, 1943. He passed away on April 14, 2015 in Visalia at the age of 71. He attended schools there before in Exeter 66 years ago. Dennis has worked as an Ag Sprayer locally. He spent much time gardening and love to be outdoors. He collected cars and antiques and was very social, entertaining with family and friends. Dennis is survived by his daughters, Connie and Rhonda; one sister Wanda; two brothers James and Gerald as well as many nephews and nieces.
